Returns

Vic Auto Parts offers a 30 day return policy in case of change of mind. If the product is not faulty and matches the description we provide, we need to receive the item back WITHIN 30 days, in its original condition.

Buyer to pay for the item to be resent to themselves, and for sending item back to us. Once received we will provide a full or partial refund. A valid tracking number is to be provided.

If you purchased the wrong item, and wish to exchange the product for a higher or lower value item, you can send back the products in its original condition and package, depending on the complexity of the case, we may require you to cancel the original orders or pay (or being paid back) for the difference in order to complete the exchange. Please note you will need to pay for the return postage fees.

Where your product has arrived damaged, you will need to first send us a picture of it. We can then accept the item back and investigate.If it ends up being our fault then we will give a full refund, including an return postage costs.If you would like to make claim under the warranty, please see our warranty section.
